ADMISSION CRITERIA
Admission to any Class in our school is only against the vacancies and usually there is a stiff competition for filling a few vacancies. Hence, you are advised to contact the school office in the month of January every year.

ADMISSIONS AND WITHDRAWALS
- For admission into LKG, the child should have completed 3 years of age as on 31st of March of that year.
- Original birth certificates along with the copy should be submitted.
- Transfer certificate should be produced for admission into II standard and other higher classes.
- And entrance test for III standard and above will be conducted and only the selected candidates will be admitted
- Application for TC should be produced on or before 31st of January. If parents fail to produce applications for T.C. They have to remit 1st Term Fee full amount.
- Pupil’s joining or leaving the school in between the academic year has to pay the fees for full year.
Fee once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances
- A student must not remain absent without prior permission of the Principal. A leave application is to be submitted for the same.
- If a student remains absent from school, due to illness or emergency, even for a day, the parent needs to fill in the ‘Non Attendance Record’ found in the school almanac.
- If the leave is for more than three days, the student needs to submit a leave application.
- Leave application and leave record should be duly signed by the parents or guardian.
- Leave will not be granted on the reopening or closing day of a term.
Leave application form must be submitted to the class teacher in advance. In case of emergency the leave letter should be submitted on the day of return, falling which disciplinary action will be taken. An absence of three days and more on grounds of illness must be accompanied by a medical certificate. Tests conducted during the student’s absence will not be repeated
